Hi, I’m Olivia Merrigan! I graduated from the University of Tampa in just three years with a degree in Marketing. While my time spent in college falls short, my achievements prove the opposite. I was able to enrich my educational experience through courses in the Honors Program, while maintaining a GPA that earned Dean’s List Recognition for five semesters.

Outside of classes, I was involved in organizations on and off campus. For two years I was Resident Assistant of an eventful freshman dorm. This allowed me to develop leadership skills, learn diversity and inclusion techniques, and gain a collection of stories you (quite literally) would not believe.

The most fulfilling experiences I have involve time spent with the InterVarsity group. I took part in weekly trips downtown where food and water were provided to the homeless community. Getting to authentically connect with individuals taught me that if one thing could change the world it’s not free pizza, but compassion for human beings who are different from us.

Apart from volunteerism, I spend free time exploring a plethora of hobbies. These include anything from thrift shopping, interior design, and art projects to running, yoga, and travel.

With my college days behind me, I am eager for the next chapter! Seeking to work at an advertising agency, I fit best in an environment that allows me to learn, collaborate, and be creative. Over the next few years, I am prepared to fully dedicate myself to a position, work hard, and gain as many new skills and knowledge as I can.
